The General Federation of Women's Club works locally and nationally to bring about positive change with an unwavering dedication to community improvement through volunteer service. 
GFWC Henderson County Woman's Club was formed in January 2017 and charted by GFWC International in October 2017. Within this short time we have participated in a variety of service projects throughout Henderson County. Several of our projects can be found at the Service Project Link at the top of the page.

What does GFWC stand for?

GFWC stands for General Federation of Women's Clubs. We are an International organization with clubs in every US state as well as several countries. More information can be found at www.gfwc.org

can i attend a meeting without joining?

YES! We welcome guests at all of our meetings at the GFWC Henderson County Woman's Club. We do ask that at your first meeting you take home information about membership. Our membership enrollment/annual fee is $30. These fees assist our club with the ability to service Henderson County by covering administrative costs as well as enrolling you as a member of our international organization and it's benefits that include several discounts with major companies.
